Tim Richards was born in Berea, West Virginia and moved to Madison in 1990. In the fall of 1991, Tim met Dan Fiester who introduced him to balloons as performance art. It was a perfect compliment to Tim's longstanding love affair with magic.
You may well have seen Tim and his balloons on State Street or at the Farmer's Market, but did you know he has also worked at Chula Vista in the Wisconsin Dells as well as Damon's, TGIF and Applebee's here in Madison?
